We use cookies to collect data for a third party tracking service (Google Analytics) where the data is made anonymous and processed only by the third party; it is not shared with anyone else. This data is purely used to improve our services and marketing moving forward.

We collect your information in order to update you about anything that is going on at Dramakarma Ltd and their collaborators (The Merlin Theatre and Tri Art).3
Your data will not be shared with any other third party.
You are able unsubscribe at anytime but clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of one of our emails.
In addition, we may need to obtain from you information about your bank details in order that any payments, if appropriate, can be made to you.
We will also need to take details for any pupils joining one of our clubs, whether this be online or at the theatre. This data will be kept securely and will not be used for any other purpose that for us ensuring that we are adhering to our safeguarding policy.
- Where information is held
Information about you will be held on. our mailchimp database. This will include your name, email address and telephone number.
Any information collected for pupils, will be safely secured on our database and filed in. our head office.
- Right to obtain information and revocation
You have the right to request information from us at any time about your stored data and the purpose of its storage. If you have given consent for the use of your data you can withdraw this consent at any time and you have the right to request/demand that your information is deleted from our systems. All requests and enquiries for information about, or objections to, the processing or retention of your data should be sent by email to the address specified below.

Dramakarma Ltd automatically deletes information we no longer have use for.
